Reviewing & enriching a plan
Open a new intake, see how the headline answers were gap-filled, and enrich the plan before you run it.
A submitted intake is a starting point, not a finished plan. The headline questionnaire captures round numbers and gap-fills defaults so the simulation runs immediately. Your job is to enrich it into something you'd put your name on.
Opening a client
- Go to Book of clients and find the new intake under Prospects (its next-action hint reads "review & enrich").
- Click Open, and the client's plan loads into the normal Inputs / Proof workspace, and a banner shows which client you're viewing.
What was gap-filled
The transform fills sensible defaults you'll usually want to revisit:
- Market series: the free-tier S&P + Treasury blend. Swap in richer sleeves or custom series as appropriate.
- Asset allocation / glide path: a default split per account; tune to the client's risk posture.
- Tax state: a default that you should set to the client's actual state.
- Debts: captured as recurring outflows, not full mortgage/property objects. Model real estate properly via the Real estate & mortgage adjustment where it matters.
Switching between a client's plans
While you have a client open, the Sidebar's simulation switcher is scoped to that client's plans, so you can build variants (a baseline and a what-if-heavy alternative) without leaving their workspace. Everything you can do on your own plans, including Compare Sims, What-Ifs, and Plan Diagnostics, works here too.
